My sisters and I recently sold two adjacent houses. Our goal was to find a buyer who would accept the property “as is” for a fair price. We were also confident that it would be easy to work with him. We later met his wife and business partner, Lia. We were equally impressed with her personally, and with her experience in real estate. We were to be the couple’s first clients in Montana.
Tim researched our property by bringing in inspectors and contractors to establish, that the property was a good fit for his company. We were subsequently able to agree on a win-win, buy-sell agreement. Soon after the closing, we were happy to find that one of the houses was rented and that contractors had begun work on the other.
You may profit from putting your property on the market. However, you may also want to contact the Francisco company before making that decision. We were not required to pay an agent commission to sell.  Our sale was successful and we never looked back. I am also happy to tell you that TL Francisco Properties is now known to my sister, brother-law, to me and other family members as Tim and Lia.
